Commenting

For anyone who reads my blog and wants to comment, but does not have a blogger account, fear not! I've gone through all the hard work of creating an account for you lazy people. Just take a gander a few inches to the right. It should be right above the awesome smiley face. Just make sure that you put your name at the bottom of the comment so I know which one of my many fanz you are. :)

I like your thoughts on agency. I have been studying about it in the scriptures and in "Preach My Gospel" and have found that not only those accounts agree with you but I do as well. As for who will get married first,... my dad states that the person going on the most dates is the going to get hitched first. In my situation with my sister, I hope he is wrong! In your situation, it might be true. Of course, you never stated on your blog if you were asked out or not,...

As for music and Jazz stuff? I have been thinking lately about my sister and how she had a crazy, weird meeting with this cool guy. He was huge into Big Band Jazz, as is Jana, and invited her to go sing at a master class at BYU. She declined (later)because he was "too good to be true." So,..what does this story have with me asking you if you like big band jazz? Well, I think you can learn a lot about a person by what type of music they enjoy and/or listen to. In jana's mind, if you even know who Ella Fitzgerald is,.."it's meant to be." That is because it says a lot about that guy's personality. Say I had a friend that enjoyed Rap,..we could never be best friends because I do not enjoy 'Rap.' Although, I am sure that I could find other things in common. So, basically, I just wanted to ask you a silly question to not only get you to write back but also to see if you like Big Band Jazz. To be honest, if it weren't for my sister, i wouldn't even know who Ella Fitzgerald is. And for what type of music I like,.. it depends on the day. Most music I like can be danced to, whether it is latin, ballroom, dare I say it:country, and jazz (swing dancing). But, since I have been a music major for about 2 years now, I have come to appreciate more of a variety of music than I had before.

I think I did not have a very good theory,...I am not very good at putting my words into print. Do you have a theory on music and how your selections say something about your personality?
